self_check() function does not work when exiting on sigterm

Description
When the daemon is stopped (by sigterm), there is a message
ALERT : [2015-09-01T15:02:22-0400] msg=<panic - file modified>, path=</usr/sbin/samhain>
(reborted by Bond).
Turns out that the filecheck is aborted prematurely because
sig_termfast != 0.
