the .run fails to install on MacOS X

Description

The .run setup.sh script calls samhain-install.sh install-boot as last action, which in turn fails because MacOS X is an unknown platform. Need to handle unknown platform more gracefully in setup.sh (and possibly support MacOS X). Issue reported by Daniel Kowalewski.
